Hands-On Math Centers: Base Ten - Grade 2

Actively engage students in learning! Through hands-on activities, students use included manipulatives to investigate essential math concepts. Students can work in small groups or individually. Content and activities are aligned to state standards.

Students will use the included 2-dimensional, plastic base ten pieces to investigate essential grade 2 concepts including building numbers using base ten blocks, comparing numbers, adding with and without regrouping, skip counting, place value understanding, odd and even numbers, and solving word problems as they play number hide and seek, visit the Build It Factory, work with the Number Cruncher, go on a treasure hunt, and more!
