Quote Requests

To request a quote on our website (quickest response time):

1. Log into your account on EAIeducation.com.
2. Add the desired items to your Shopping Cart. When viewing your Shopping Cart, click the Request a Quote option.
   
3. A 'Request a Quote' popup will appear. Please include any pertinent information (contact phone number, if a bid or published discount is to be used, if Class Wallet is being used as payment, etc.) in the Special Instructions field. Add your billing and shipping addresses, then enter a quote name. This name will appear in the "My Quote Requests" section of your account for easy reference.
4. Attach a file if you have additional information you would like to provide (optional).
5. When finished, click the 'Send Request' button.

Please check your inbox or spam folder for your official quote from our sales team as it will not be uploaded to your online account. When you are ready to place an order using a quote, please contact Customer Service by emailing info@eaieducation.com or by calling 800-770-8010 and they will process your order.

To request a quote by email:

1. Send a list of products you would like quoted to our sales team at sales@eaieducation.com.
2. Please include any pertinent information (billing address, shipping address, contact phone number, if a bid or published discount is to be used, if Class Wallet is being used as payment, if the ship to location has a loading dock and pallet jack on premise, etc.). These details will allow us to provide you with a more accurate quote.

Please Note: Certain products and product families are excluded from discounts and free shipping offers. See our Discount & Shipping Exclusions for more details.

Ed-Data NY & NJ customers: Please email our sales team to obtain a quote with your special pricing at sales@eaieducation.com.

Wholesale, Resellers & DODEA customers:  Please email our sales team directly to request a quote at sales@eaieducation.com.

Individual, personal or student customers: Quotes are only provided for schools or organizations. Your purchases should be made on our website using a credit card as your payment method.

Terms and Conditions for the Quote and Purchase of General Products

• Quote Validity: Quotes are valid only for the quantities requested. Any changes to quantities may result in a unit price adjustment. No additional discounts will apply.
• Bid Reference: Changing the bid referenced on the quote to a different bid on the purchase order may result in higher pricing or a reduced discount percentage.
• Delivery Requirements: If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or pallet-moving equipment, please include the following on your purchase order: “Inside delivery / lift gate required.”
• Receiving & Inspection: Upon delivery, verify that the number of packages received matches the quantity listed on the carrier’s bill of lading. Any shortages or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing and reported to EAI Education within 10 days of delivery. Failure to do so may prevent replacement of missing or damaged items. Damaged packages or boxes must be retained for possible inspection.

Additional Terms and Conditions for the Quote and Purchase of Texas Instruments, Casio and Select STEM Products

• State Contract & Co-Op Exclusions: Texas Instruments, Casio, and select STEM products are excluded from State Contracts and Co-Op bids, including but not limited to: TASB BuyBoard, TIPS, HCDE Choice Partners, Goodbuy, Region 1 ROPC, Region 6 EPIC 6, Region 19, Rockwall ISD (Bespoke), and select Pennsylvania Intermediate Units. Pricing for these products will increase if a State Contract, Co-Op, or IU bid is required.
• Model Confirmation: When requesting a quote or placing an order for calculators or accessories, please confirm that the correct model is specified. EAI Education is not responsible for incorrect model requests or orders.
• Region 16 ESC/TexBuy Bid: Purchase orders for Texas Instruments and Casio products referencing the Region 16 ESC/TexBuy bid are not eligible for the rebate program associated with this Co-Op bid.
• Payment Terms: Orders containing Texas Instruments and Casio products must be paid via check or ACH. Credit card payments are not accepted.
• Shortage Reporting: Any shortages of Texas Instruments products must be reported to EAI Education within 24 hours of delivery.
• Return Restrictions: 
  • Texas Instruments products are not eligible for return if the product box or plastic clamshell has been opened.
  • Texas Instruments software is not eligible for return once the product has been registered.
• Warranty: Calculators are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or other causes not related to manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to submit a claim.

Bids & Contracts

1. You must enter the exact bid number in order to apply the current bid to your order.
2. You must be a member of this purchasing cooperative contract.
3. Contact your Business Office to verify that the cooperative contract or bid being used is approved for your school district.
4. Bid discounts, catalog discounts, and district-wide discounts cannot be combined with internet sale discounts and any other offers.
