EAI products are developed for direct sale to educational institutions. Other applications and usage are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns may incur 20% restocking fees.

Reseller orders cannot be placed online. They must be processed through the EAI Sales Office however, resellers may take advantage of EAI online sale pricing.
