To help you plan for end-of-year school closures and holiday gift purchases, please take note of the following dates and details:

We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa.

Backordered items may not be in stock to ship before the holidays. Please call 1-800-770-8010 to confirm availability before ordering a backordered item as a holiday gift.

Holiday Office Hours:

EAI Education temporarily closes its offices and shipping facilities in late December to allow employees to spend time with family and friends. Any phone calls or emails received after December 23^rd, 2025 will be returned starting January 5^th, 2026.

Suspended Shipping Dates:

EAI Education will completely suspend shipping between Wednesday, December 24^th, 2025 and Friday, January 2^nd, 2026 while our offices and schools are closed for holiday recess.

Orders shipping to schools in the Midwest and on the West Coast will stop shipping Friday, December 12^th to ensure deliveries are received prior to closing.

Orders shipping to schools on the East Coast will stop shipping Friday, December 19^th to ensure deliveries are received prior to closing.

Orders shipping to businesses or private residences: Orders of in-stock items placed by 12am EST on Tuesday, December 23^rd will ship that day.

Orders placed after your school's geographic cutoff date, or after 12am EST on Tuesday, December 23^rd, will not be processed or shipped until after we re-open on Monday, January 5^th, 2026.

Return Shipments:

To avoid delays in processing, any returns that have already received a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, but have not yet shipped must not arrive at the EAI warehouse between December 19^th - January 5^th. While we are closed for the holidays, all shipments will be refused and returned to the sender. EAI Education is not responsible for costs incurred by shipping returns during this time frame.

If your delivery plans have changed:
If your school, business, or original shipping destination has closed, please contact Customer Service with your order number as soon as possible at 1-800-770-8010 or info@eaieducation.com. We will gladly hold or re-route your order to an authorized alternate location. Additional fees will apply for re-routed orders.

Important!
The state of the shipping address must match the state of the billing address. We cannot bill to one state and ship to another state.

Upon receipt of order:

Check to ensure you have received the same number of packages listed on the freight bill. Note shortages or any damage on the receipt prior to signing. With any damage to product on arrival, keep the damaged packages/boxes for future investigation.

• For Texas Instruments and Casio products, shortages and/or damages must be reported to EAI Education within 24 hours of delivery. It is the receiver’s responsibility to verify the quantities received within this time window. If no shortages are reported, the order will be considered “fulfilled” and full payment due. If products are shipped to an alternative site, such as a district warehouse/service center, you must communicate with the receiver the “shortages must be reported within 24 hours” mandate for receiving Texas Instruments and Casio products. In order to return a Texas Instrument or Casio product/box, it must be unopened, unmarked, unused, and in resalable condition.
