To begin the return process, please fill out this form completely. Do NOT mail your item until you have received a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Items returned without an RMA code will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. All sales are final on clearance items and PPE items. No returns will be accepted.
Freight costs will not be reimbursed on returns resulting from customer error, i.e. ordering the wrong item.
All items must be returned in the original containers.
In order to return a Texas Instrument or Casio product/box, it must be unopened, unmarked, unused, and in resalable condition.
