Do I need to create an account to place an order online?
New Customers - Yes. We do not allow guest checkouts at this time. You will need to register for an account to shop with us.
Existing Customers - You will need to register for a new account to take advantage of our new website's features. Your previous account login was removed for your security, but don't worry. Your order history is still available!

Yes! Once your products have left our warehouse you’ll receive a UPS tracking number via email. You will then be able to track your order at UPS.com…or just type your tracking number into Google and it will do the rest.
TIP! You can also get your UPS tracking number by accessing your account.I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
- Check your junk mail folder. It’s possible your email’s junk filter classified our confirmation as spam. To prevent this from happening again, add our email address: info@eaieducation.com to your white/safe/allowed list.
- Selected hosts (e.g. earthlink.net, sbcglobal.net) require incoming emails to be approved. If you use one of these hosts add our email: info@eaieducation.com to your white/safe/allowed list.
- If your email was entered incorrectly when creating your account, you will not receive an email confirmation. Sign in to your account, click the welcome message on the top-right of the page and select My Profile from the dropdown menu to check the email connected to your account.
- The order might not have gone through. Sign in to your account, click the welcome message on the top-right of the page and select My Orders from the dropdown menu. Your order history will be displayed. If the order is not listed, it did not go through. Please place your order again.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest?
Back ordered items will be shipped at no charge once we receive stock.
Do you accept orders from the DoDEA?
Yes! We are proud to support the Department of Defense Education Activity and supply them with hands-on learning tools and resources. Please contact sales@eaieducation.com to place an order or for more information.Do you accept school Purchase Orders (POs) online?
Yes! We accept POs online from our customers with verified school/organiztion accounts. Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select the "Purchase Order" option on the payment method screen. Enter your Official School PO Number (required), and upload your signed PO (required) in the spaces provided. We accept PDF, PNG, and JPEG file types. Check the box confirming you have read our PO terms and conditions and then place your order!
Purchase Orders via Mail and Fax - Email your official signed PO to info@eaieducation.com or fax it to 201-891-5689.To avoid shipping delays, all mailed and faxed POs MUST have the following:
- Valid authorized signature(s)
- Complete billing and shipping addresses
- Contact name, telephone number, email address of department and/or person responsible for payment
- Proper shipping and handling fees (see Shipping for details)
- EAI item numbers
As a school, will I be charged tax?
At this time, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping to Arizona and California. Sales tax will also apply to orders shipping to residential addresses and/or orders using a personal credit card as the payment method in the following states: Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
Tax-exempt customers located in Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia will not be charged sales tax if the account has a tax-exempt certificate on file with us and a school credit card or a school-issued Purchase Order is used as the payment method.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal from all customers. We also accept Purchase Orders from customers with verified school/organization accounts.
I have a valid credit card but the site is not accepting my credit card. Why?
Your billing address must match your credit card statement address to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you have been issued a credit card by your school or Board of Education, the billing address must match the address of the school or Board of Education to which the billing statement is sent.
School credit cards may have spending limits imposed. Confirm with your principal or Board of Education if your card has a transaction maximum (ex: it will not allow single charges over $1000 to be placed) before attempting to use online.
Do you accept ClassWallet payments?
We currently accept ClassWallet direct payments from the following states: AR, MA, MI, MN, SC, and TX. For quotes and orders, please contact: sales@eaieducation.com.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes, you can request a catalog here or view our Virtual Catalogs.
Do you have a store minimum?
Nope! You can buy as much or as little as you like.

What will happen if I place an order and the product description and/or price are incorrect?
Prices and text descriptions on this website are effective July 1, 2024 and are subject to change without notice. EAI makes every effort to maintain accurate information on our website. There may be instances when information about a product is incomplete or inaccurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy. Our “guaranteed to be the lowest prices” do not apply to typographical errors and special promotions. Confidential pricing for educational institutions only. Prices are F.O.B. shipping point (EAI warehouse).
Are EAI Education products safe?
Yes, all products sold on EAI Education are in compliance with mandatory safety rules and regulations established by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. Our products are phthalate as well as PBA compliant and have been tested and passed demanding standards for lead content. All primary testing is done by Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-approved laboratories. Additional lead testing is conducted internally at EAI Education. Is EAIeducation.com secure?
We are PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified. This is the highest level of security for the payments industry which requires the best-in-class security practices to achieve.
