Practice and reinforce critical literacy skills with this fun, fast-paced card game! Played just like the I Have, Who Has? Math games, this deck is perfect for developing fluency, for use as a quick assessment of students' understanding, as a center activity, or for a whole-class review. Odd Word Out: Long Vowel Words provides practice with identifying the difference in sounds between long vowels, and aligns with Common Core State Standards.
How to Play: One player starts by reading his or her "Who has" question. All players look at their cards. The player with the correct answer responds with their "I have" answer, followed by their "Who has" question. Play continues until the sequence returns to the first player.
Includes: 36 sturdy, laminated cards, 2 blank wild cards which allow you to shorten the game, replace lost cards, or create your own questions, and an answer key. Cards measure 5"L x 3 1/2"W.
A pack of 10 blank Wild Cards are available for this deck. Click here for more info.
