EAI Education Return Policy
Should you receive merchandise that you would like to return for
any reason, please follow procedure listed and note returns must
be within 90 days of receipt of order.
- Call 800-770-8010 to obtain Return Authorization Number (have
your PO number).
- Merchandise for returns must be in clean, resalable condition
(unless defective).
- All products returned to EAI Education must be insured and
have RA # written on box or paperwork.
- Computer software, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, and calculators may only be returned if they
are unopened or defective and will be replaced with an identical item.
- Education facilities are exempt from restocking fee. Normal
restock fee is 10%. Ship all returns to:

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with
any product, you may return your purchase within 90 days. All
materials must be in salable condition to be accepted for full
refund, credit or replacement. Material in sets or packages must
be returned complete as sold.
